Agile Software Development

Agility

    1. Agility means being able to  quickly adapt to the unfolding situation
    2. The spirit of agility  – agile approach combines responsive, collaborative people with focus on demonstrable concrete goals (software that works)
    3. Continuous development, not episodic
    4. Agile development uses feedback to make adjustments constantly in highly collaborative environment
    5. Stick to regular schedule, constant small exposure
    6. Know when to unlearn – learn new technology, unlearn old habits if necessary.
    7. Keep asking why? – until you understand and be relevant
    8. Rhythm – persistent, steady a little success is a great motivator. Small, reachable goals keep everyone moving forward..
